These are the first stainless steel straws I ever tried and so far they are great. No odd/unusual flavors coming from them and they sure do transfer a cold beverage very nicely. Not sure how long they'll hold up, but upon initial inspection they seem to be well made. Like that they give you 2 standard size diameter options and 2 larger diameter size options that work good with shakes.
